It's great that Netflix didn't take too long to announce the new season. We had to wait so long for Season 2, and delaying this announcement or the start date for the new season would be an issue. Fortunately, we were able to start productionsweet magnoliasseason 3 right after the renewal.
Is there already a release date for Season 3 of Sweet Magnolias?
As mentioned, production on the third season began in the summer of 2022.sweet magnoliasWriters' room also confirmedthis third season production endedin October 2022 in a tweet.
Of course this is great news! For the second season, the cast and crew wrapped filming in the summer of 2021, and then the new season was released in February 2022. So that's about a six month gap. With production on Season 3 wrapping up in mid-October, there was hope.sweet magnoliasSeason 3 will arrive in the spring; however, it has now been confirmed that Season 3 will be released in July 2023!
As confirmed by TVLine,sweet magnoliasSeason 3 will be released on July 20, 2023, and the show's ten-episode final season arrives as the perfect summer craziness.
The move makes sense given Netflix's decision to changevirgin riveruntil autumn, as many predicted that the new season would arrive in July. However, withsweet magnoliasconfirmed for July 2023, this appears to be the case, and it's no surprise that Netlfix doesn't want to release new seasons of both shows in the same month.
Sweet Magnolias season 3 will not return in June 2023
Prior to that, our release forecast forsweet magnoliasSeason 3 was slated for June 2023. However, Netflix has announced a full slate of new movies and shows coming in June and a new season.sweet magnoliaswas not listed. It's also been confirmed that the new season will arrive in July, meaning we only have a month left before the new season of the show starts streaming on Netflix.
How many seasons of Sweet Magnolias are there?
Currently, as of April 2023, there are two seasonssweet magnoliasto watch on Netflix. Of course, we are still waiting for season 3 to premiere soon this year, and after this season is released, we will be waiting for news aboutsweet magnoliasseason 4. Yes of course. I think he'll be here before you know it. I don't have a date to give you today, but I will soon, and I'm really excited for Season 3. I think it shows a whole new style and look. I mean, it's the same sweet, beautiful Serenity with the same friendly, familiar faces, but this year she's just digging a little deeper. It's been a really fun season and it's getting ready - I'm only going to voice season 4 because the story must go on!

What can happen insweet magnoliassession 3? Based on the shocking season 2 finale, we're going to need a pitcher of margaritas for the next few episodes. An arrest, a proposal and a mysterious villain bring drama to our Sweet Magnolia trio.
Of course, Season 3 will continue to follow these characters' personal lives as they make their way through Serenity. The mayor's backstory remained unresolved, leaving the door open for further exploration of the city's future in the following season.
Meanwhile, Helen will have to choose between a future with Eric or Ryan, while Maddie will have to deal with the aftermath of Cal's arrest. Gradually, their fledgling relationship has overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles, but this one may be the hardest yet.
